1. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
This applies to:
- API subscription plans and credits
- Software licenses and access keys
- Premium features and upgrades
- One-time digital purchases
2. Exception: Service Failures
We are committed to providing reliable services. In the rare event of significant service issues caused by us, we may provide a refund or service credit at our discretion.
Refunds or credits may be considered if:
- Our service experiences extended downtime (beyond normal maintenance) that prevents you from using the service for an unreasonable period.
- A critical bug on our end renders the service completely unusable and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Note: Intermittent issues, scheduled maintenance, or minor bugs do not qualify for refunds.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
- You will retain access to all features until the subscription expires.
